Hi, I'm Jordan — a San Francisco-based product manager, former professional baker, and full-time puzzle enthusiast.
Before I was debugging user flows and writing acceptance criteria, I was a professional baker in Portland, Maine — making breads, cakes, and anything that required equal parts precision and creativity. That same curiosity — just give me the ingredients and I'll figure it out — eventually led me to pack everything I owned into my car and drive cross-country to San Francisco in 2014, trading the kitchen for tech and never looking back.
The skills that made me a good baker made me a good PM. I've always been a problem solver — the kid doing every word puzzle in the daily newspaper, traveling with an activity book stuffed in their bag. I love understanding how things fit together, and I love the moment when the right piece finally clicks into place.
I'm an INFJ and an Enneagram 6 — which is a fancy way of saying I'm the person who genuinely cares, listens deeply, and shows up every time.
About Me
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, I stay active through weightlifting, tennis, hiking, swimming & yoga. I love traveling and attending live sporting events. For slower-paced days, you'll find me baking or deep in a puzzle or a board game.
I volunteer at the SF SPCA to help shelter cats get adopted. (Cats, as it turns out, are excellent product critics — demanding, discerning, and quick to let you know when the experience isn't working.)
I'm also an unapologetic Real Housewives fan - it's basically a masterclass in stakeholder management.
